Terms of Service

11max gives children 11+ practice in maths, English, verbal and non-verbal reasoning, with mock exams, progress reports for parents and information about grammar schools. It helps your child prepare, but we can't guarantee an exam result or a school place. Admissions rules and dates change, so check them with the school or your council before you apply.

You must be 18 or over and give accurate details when you create an account. You add your children and set up their sign-ins, and you are responsible for how they use 11max and for keeping every sign-in safe. We may suspend or close an account that misuses 11max or tries to get around payment. How we handle your and your children's data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11max costs £9 a month for your whole household, however many children you add. Prices are in GBP and include VAT. Payments are handled by Stripe.

• Your household's first subscription starts with 2 free weeks, or a free first month if a friend invited you. You add a card when you subscribe, and the first payment is taken when the free period ends unless you cancel before then.
• Your subscription renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page. Your household keeps full access until the end of the period you have paid for (or of your free period), and you are not charged again.
• If a payment fails, access pauses until the payment goes through.
• If the price changes, we will email you before you pay the new price.

We may offer discount codes. You enter a code on the Subscription page before you subscribe. Who can use a code, what it gives and when it expires are as shown in the message that delivered it.

• One code per subscription. Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged and cannot be combined with each other or with an invite.
• While your household has a subscription, you can invite another family with your link. When a family new to 11max subscribes through it, their first month is free and you get a month free: a credit worth one month of your plan comes off your next bill. You can earn up to 3 free months a year.
• Inviting yourself, creating extra accounts or otherwise gaming codes or invites voids the codes and rewards involved and may lead to account closure.
• We may change or end codes and invites at any time. This does not change a free period or discount already applied to your subscription.

The questions, explanations and pictures in 11max are for your household's own practice. Please don't copy, share, publish or sell them. Our audiobooks are free public-domain recordings from LibriVox. If you send us something, like a report about a question, we may use it to improve 11max.

11max is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms. We will announce important changes on the site or by email before they apply. If you keep using 11max after a change, the new terms apply.
